Build: It's difficult to pin Cenek as being particularly large or small. He's agile, but not too fast, powerful, but not muscular. Most of the reason why he's been so successful as a deputy and an active war-lover is his ferocity. He makes up for his lack of physical strengths with pure, ruthless determination. It helps that his eyes and mind are keen, and he is still in his prime years of life. Otherwise, he's really somewhat ordinary.
Because his fur is white and relatively thin (he sheds a lot), scars tend to show through fairly easily, and just as many heal with time. His right ear was partially torn off in a fight, and since medical treatment was best left to those in desperate need, he didn't have it looked at until it became infected and sort of... Wilted. 

Personality:

Blunt: Cenek doesn't sugar-coat things. It doesn't seem to be a skill he ever learned, so he's prone to sounding a bit harsh. Or really harsh, it depends on the situation. He isn't really the cat you'd want to get bad news from, but despite that, he usually means well.
Loyal: Both his best quality and worst flaw. Cenek is loyal to his death, both to his leader, and his Tribe. He would do anything to help ensure that Shadow Tribe rises to the top, including killing innocents. He's smart enough not to go after members of other Tribes in cold blood, but if he gets a chance he won't feel the least bit guilty killing them in battle. Unfortunately, he also fails to see any flaws within his Tribe. He'll stand by his fellows even if they decide to jump off a cliff.
Diplomatic: He may be a bit of an extreme nationalist when it comes to his Tribe, but Cenek isn't evil. He knows how to get along with other cats, and is glad to make alliances and friendships with cats in all Tribes if he thinks it will further his cause or benefit him in the future. He believes in the saying, "keep your friends close, and your enemies closer". Although admittedly, some of the friends he makes really are what he would consider 'friends'.
Patient: Cenek has a pretty strong will when it comes to listening to boring conversations or taking care of noisy kits. He isn't really that fond of kits, but he can handle them without going crazy. He might try to scare them into behaving, but he won't yell.Thoughtful: It might be a bit of a stretch to say that Cenek is overflowing with wisdom, but he is thoughtful. He doesn't like to rush into situations without considering their consequences. Unless he's given orders, in which case he will push his own judgement to the side. He might try to hint at what he thinks, but he'll always obey orders. 
Intolerant: Cenek has a habit of not letting things go. Perhaps this stands as a sign of his old fashioned ways, but it is undoubtedly something he struggles with almost constantly. He cannot let go of hatred. He cannot let go of tribal differences. He cannot let go of old ghosts. 
Self-Pitying: Cenek oozes self-pity. It is something he is plagued by and something he struggles to overcome. He seems to have some idea that either everything is his fault. But if anyone else knew, it would be the end of the world. Although he would deny it in an instant, the Yellow-Shadow has a tendency to teeter on the balance of mental stability, and this is but one symptom of that battle to remain functional. 

Brief History:
Cenek was born and grew up in Shadow Tribe. He never felt the split of loyalty to any other Tribe, and over time his undying loyalty to Shadow Tribe grew stronger until it consumed him entirely. As a kitten he was pretty happy until he grew up and things occurred. He was later appointed Shadow Tribe's deputy, under his slightly-more-than-good friend Killian. -blah blah stuff happens in his life-
